Calibration of your PAT Testing machine

We will arrange to collect the tester from you, or you can arrange to send it to us. Once it's been calibrated, it will be dispatched back to you. The whole process takes a few days, but if you need your machine back in a hurry, give us a call and we'll do our best to help.

This is a courier collection and redelivery service only. Once booked for collection you will receive detailed instructions regarding the process for collection via email. These instructions will include a label which you must print and attach to your parcel ready for the courier to collect. Please ensure your tester is packed in a strong cardboard box with adequate protective wrapping/bubble wrap to ensure it is well protected during transit. 

If there are any faults or potential repairs needed that are found during the calibration process that would incur any extra charges, you will be notified and asked if you wish to proceed before continuing any further.
